new grad is someone who was awarded degree in last 12 months.... forget about bonuses...its irrelevant your only real question is: are you allowed to pro-rate your salary considering its below 23k! i dont know the answer to that question you can submit new app, if you have not gone over the 28-day ...

ukba guidance states the new grad definition as i told you.... fingers crossed, i hope they over look this idiotic interpretation of 'new grad' in your case thanks. i just don't think it is fair to determine a new graduate as 12 months from graduation. it takes time to find a graduation job ...
