Is it true that UKBA is considering to remove the right to work for Tier2 depedent applicants, from April 2012? Will it affect those who became dependents prior to April 2012?

Hi, I have read that the tier2 applicants can hold less than 10% of the company's shares. I hold less than 10% of the company shares. Can the amount from shares be added to the basic pay when calculating the gross annual salary? I will have to mention about my shares in Tier2 application form as ...
