Hi All, I have been made redundant from my company and I will be paid some compensation amount as a "ex gratia" in Payslip without Tax/NI. My question is, can I include this payslip amount to claim the earning points under Tier 1 visa rules for extension? Thanks in advance for your help ~VRK
