Hi.Does anyone know when applying for Spouse of Irish citizen, Does it matter on how much you earn weekly.i.e. Above FIS threshold or just regular income on Bank Statement is good enough. Whats the Minimum balance we need to show to apply for Spouse Visa coming from NonEEA country.

Does anyone knows what the second stage is as my application update is that it is at second stage of processing. Earlier I had information that they are waiting for reports. Is the second stage after the reports or before.

same here man, I got my approval for LTR 6 months back and since than waiting for approval from citizenship division but till now no luck. I have sent LTR documents but probably August 2011 applicants are not being processed presently.

I got the same in january and posted the details, I got a letter confirming updating of records. I called up the other week I got an answer waiting for garda reports & when I enquired the reports were recently done for my LTR they advised me to resend the LTR papers and no assurance that my citi...

That's a standard format for a status enquiry , stages for approval are not known until we receive final approval.I know for sure that applications are being considered on day today basis as few months ago i was getting a reply we have received your application, now the reply is waiting for reports....

yes, I got an answer that my application is being processed. The lines would be busy but you may eventually get through. I wonder how someone cannot get the line in the last few months when most of us on this forum can get the line one or the other day.

Hopefully its a better system for fast approvals but you never know whether it actually is in place for fast track approvals, so can't be affirmative whether it actually assist in fast approvals. IQU, I hope You get your approval fast & hope you get the point which all others have been making on...

Dont worry about it. Its just another ref. no. for your file. Inis still prefer to go with your old no. as the old no. gives all details on their system in one go, it neither helps in anyway in fast approval of your application.

My application is based on 5yrs residency and recently got LTR but as per the information i have they fasttrack LTR approved applications in 2011 and they are not doing so in 2012.Hopefully they would do so in coming months.

September 2011 Applicant

Hi, Does anyone know how far they have gone with the 2011 applicants, The last time I knew they were doing 2010 applicants and any applicants had their citizenship application fast tracked on the Basis of LTR.
