Thanks for the response... Ok that's fine... Do you know if a right of abode would be quicker than applying for a passport from abroad, I was told passports can take up to six weeks not sure about the right of abode

Oh...yes the NCS did not send my application, they told me I had to come back with another referee, I will try and use the Nanny reference, if not I will ask them If they can just send it to the HO as I don't know what else to do

Thanks for speedy reply...The thing is, my daughter is no longer at the school she is Abroad since August last year, and I have been trying to sort out her citizenship in time for September, so there is no way of getting a reference from the school (bad relationship with the school also ...

Hi...need advice, help...I had my NCS appointment today to send off MN1 form for my daughter, the person that dealt with me said that that because the date signed for one of my referees is 7 months old it would be unacceptable, as it was signed june 27th last year,, and they do not accept references ...

Hello again, just thought I'd let you know I managed to talk to someone from the NCS and they conformed what you all said MN1 form it is. My appointment is today! Thanks for your advice :D

Thank you for your replies, but I'm not sure if I can use Form MN1 by what the nationality act 1981 states
