Hi, I have completed Tier 1(G) dependent online application for wife and kid. In the checklist the application send address shows the below address. Since this is a Tier 1(G) extension application, I am confused why this is showing address as 'Tier 2 & 5 Standard' and not Tier 1. Is this okay? Could ...

Fill the "xyz" as surname if that suits the surname. HOW is aware of name anomalies in some passports. Thanks a lot for the response. I thought the name should appear exactly as in passport and that made the confusion. Sure, I will split it as - Given Name: ABC, Surname: XYZ.. Hope its not an issue ...
