Made a call today and was told a letter had been sent to me with details on how to book an interview? Do they not give the reference number over the phone again?
As we are aware of various changes in policies,Please can someone help explain what happens to the settlement of people with Tier 2 approved after April 2011? I am a bit confused. Also a clearer explanation on the whole process would be appreciated

I rang them a few weeks short of 3 months and said I did not get acknowledgement letter and wanted ref number to keep a record of my application and they told me it was with a case worker - 2 days later my application was approved. Not so sure it helps in all cases. I did try the "trick" but ...
