AN Form help - Partners details

Applying tomorrow and need quick clarification. For partners details on the AN form section 1.35 it asks for partners details. My partner and I are not married and are making seperate applications. Do I still need to fill in this section regardless?

Thanks in advance!

Own up greenie, the UKBA pay you to come on this board and make up excuses for them. Seriously man, people on where on are angry by the pathetic service and treatment we get from them. Don't come up nonsense that the majority on benefits pay money in whole lives. Most of them have never done a hard ...

are you suggesting that there are no highly skilled settled/British workers on benefits and looking for work? Apparently not for my particular job. Otherwise my employer would have hired someone locally rather than have me relocate from another country. They had spent a long time looking. And I ...

If you hold a South African passport (like myself) who will need to apply for a schengen visa at the Spanish embassy. To my knowledge having a residence permit or tier 1 visa means nothing in Europe and the usual visa requirements still apply.

Hope that helps!

I don't think its the employers' fault here. Let's say its a 3 month contract role. The employer will ask if you have a 3 month visa. What do you say? I know you can explain that the visa is under process etc etc but the fact is you cannot produce any docs. Not even the passport. Its only fair if ...

Makes one suspect that this is a way of reducing the immigration numbers. On top of the UKBA's general incompetence, staff shortages and disregard for law-abiding and tax-paying residents. I only had to cancel a long awaited holiday and could not go and see my family or invite them over here during ...

Pathetic service from UK Border Agency!!

Oh come on! In the last 5 weeks its moved from the 16th to 20th June. Their service standard says 75 percent within 4 weeks of biometrics but they are 4 weeks behind. They have no respect for us as they put up the price by 50%, take our taxes and national insurance and then still give us a hard time ...
