Re: Granted 2 Year Extension instead of ILR -Asked to pay NHS Surcharge as Spouse - part 8 2 year route pre July 2012

Hi Vinny, I did, but I thought this was for a new application. In the letter provide to us we are asked to go to: https://www.immigration-health-surcharge.service.gov.ul/payment/start We have already been granted the 2 year extension - provided we pay £400.00. At the moment the only thing I can see ...

(No) After that it asks for details (name etc) and has drop down menus for the Visa Route and Visa Type but in those menus I could not find ...

Granted 2 Year Extension instead of ILR -Asked to pay NHS Surcharge as Spouse - part 8 2 year route pre July 2012

Apologies if this has been asked but I couldn't find anything on it. We applied for ILR for my wife and attended the Croydon Office. We were denied that based on English requirement - long story short they do not accept anything apart from what is on the Home Office list. They have granted a 2 year ...

2-Year Route for ILR still available?

All, First of all allow me to apologise if this has been covered by another post. I tried to look, both in relevant areas and in the FAQs but I wasn't able to find something. Now, to business. I am a British Citizen by birth and my wife is Nigerian. My wife applied and was granted a spouse visa in ...

She's only been visiting the UK for small time periods, in the 6 months her visa was valid. She came for 2 weeks around the Christmas period and then she came to see me 3 times more but for a couple of days each time. Thanks again for your time and I'll wait for confirmation on the Marriage visa ...

You 've been very helpful!! I have one last (I hope) query. I know that to get married here in the UK, for a simple Registry wedding, we will need to go and give notice then wait at least 15 days before the ceremony. Do you know if the marriage visa is a multi-entry type? Can she come once to give ...

Hi Casa, Thanks for your quick response. So it looks like we will have to pay approx. 1700 GBP in total in visa fees. She has been in the UK as a visitor before. It was a 6 month visa that allowed her to travel as often as she wanted (multi-entry?) and I believe expired at the end of April 2012. She ...

Cost for upgrading from fiancee to spouse

Hi, I am a British citizen and I'm currently living and working in the UK. My girlfriend has Nigerian citizenship and is currently living and working in Greece. We want to get married in the UK and then settle here. We are considering to apply for a Fiancee visa. My question is: The cost for a ...
