Even though it's only estimated, what you have wrote here gives me hope that we will be able to travel when we would like to in late July/early August.

My solicitor just informed me that each case is handled by different caseworkers and the processing time depends on how fast the caseworker handles your application. 14 weeks is an average time for processing these days.
