Thanks for your answer. The fine of £60 GBP and 3 penalty points were given through the court as I had accepted the FPN and did not challenge it. I have never appeared in the court at any stage. Hi, I am due to apply for the ILR on10 year long residency basis in end of December. I had SP30 and £60.00 fine back in sep 2006 which now have been spent. My question is do i have to declare this on the form as it says spent or unspent both need to mention. Also says speeding ticket or FPN do not ...
