I am also mailed the VFS and BHC but did'nt receive a reply.
settlement visa can be provided minimum with in 3 weeks .max 3 months. in some rare cases will take 4months/6 months.These details are provided by one of the vfs employer

Woah that is long - Have you tried to contact them- they have been taking long lately- around 52-60 days but since your over 60 working days you are entitled to make some enquiries. You should give them an e-mail/ call them but they may just reply with the standard answer it can take upto 24 weeks ...
