With your naturalization certificate in hand, I don't think it matters if your Indian passport is current or not.

I thought India doesn't allow dual nationality.

Just make sure you write your name and date of birth on the back. If you glue the photo properly (as advised), it does not make any difference what is written at the back.

I just went for my NCS appointment on Friday 4th Oct. I used the old form and it was accepted. Nothing was mentioned about the new form. I think it is meant for the new rules taking effect 28th October.

My understanding is that references for children is all about identity and confirmation that the child actually exists and is in the UK. And unlike adult references the referees do not have to give their passport number. They only need to provide an official contact address. May be if you let the ...

Glad to say that we found our marriage certificate a day before our appointment (Appt was 14/09/2012). We were however not asked for it. Thanks a lot.

ILR Success @ Solihull (WP+Tier 2) - With Dependant (Wife)

I will only list what I was asked. My appointment was for 10:25am. I went by car and parked at the John Lewis car park ...

Congratulations to you and the wife. I am due to attend my appt in 3 days but I have noticed that you did not mention marriage certificate amongst the documents you gave them. Did they not ask for it?

Marriage Certificate (WP +Tier 2)

Is it absolutely necessary to have this? We have got cohabitation documents mainly bank statements, school letters and GP letters ...
