Thank you I will contact my lawyer on this matter.
I am thinking of keeping the wait until obtention of ILR.Once I am fully settled , I will apply for his stay to become dependant upon me.May be we will have better grounds to do so

According to Mike's spreadsheet, the last Ref Number approved is 12400 and this is around 16thApril
Since then , do any body know what is latest ref approved.

Last Reference number approved

Hi everybody
Could someone update us on the last reference number which has been approved by HO.
According to Mike's chart,the latest ref No which has been approved is 12400 submitted on 6Feb 2004 and approved on 16 april 2004 ,that is 70 days ,10 weeks .

It is becoming more worrying to learn that processing time is now 12 weeks .
So what about applications made since January /february 2004 .Will those appplications take the 12 weeks ?
Any news for applications received by Home office around mid February 2004.
