The policy guidance is clear about invoices--- if you are self-employed, then one has to submit invoices and the same need to be explained by the accountant in his letter.

No question/s was asked by the caseworker.
I submitted all my papers and after 3 hours, I was informed about visa approval.

You can pay by banker's draft.
However, make sure it is banker's draft and not banker's cheque.
