Tier 2 Extension required documents

Hi there,

Just to let you all know that i have got Tier 2 general Extension.

Documents required for this application are as follows:-
1, Passport
2, photos
3, Employer Cos certificate
4, Maintenance form employer if you are not showing bank statements
5, Optional Payslips.
