ILR QUESTION: How long have you lived in the UK?

Hi,
In this question shall I consider to subtract my journey days out of UK (based on passport stamps) OR is it a flat date difference of (TODAY- 1st entry date INTO UK) ? Guidance notes doesn't tell anything.

NB: I have never been out of UK for 6 months.

Thanks

Evidence for absence from UK incl Annual Leave

Hi, I am currently on TIER1 (GENERAL) and will be applying for ILR. In recent SET(O) form in section 6.3 they have clearly asked : 6.3 What evidence has been provided to support the reasons for all absences from the UK? Re: Set(O) ILR questions - Main plus Dependent

You need UK NARIC. Any idea when this rule changed? I had renewed TIER1 2 years ago where I submitted my College Letter stating degree was taught in English. What if UK NARIC does not recognise ? 234. You can also meet the English language requirement, without the need to provide evidence , ifyou ...

TIER1 Application : Question B14

Hi,
I am applying for 2nd extension before April 6th. I have a confusion in question B14. They are asking for "Previous Addresses" but there is only 1 space. Should I write all 5 years' addresses in a blank paper or photocopy that page 4 times ?

TIA

Re: Do I have to extend my TIER1 due to new rules ?

As long as you qualify on the day of decision you should be ok. Bio-metric enrollment for the postal application can easily take you to the qualifying period. I think this is quite high risk probability. The option to overstay on current visa and apply for ILR on Friday 12 February 2016, this is ...

Re: Do I have to extend my TIER1 due to new rules ?

Thanks again so much for your patience. One last doubt (hopefully).

So, if I apply on 28th Jan, 2016, won't that imply I am still short of 14 days ? I am little confused here (as I will still be short of days for proper eligibilty).

Thanks for your help.
