She has to be working with the company outside Uk for 12 months if she has to come as ICT (long term).
If you want to come sooner, RMLT and restricted CoS is required.

SOC code assignment is relating to your job description and the employer needs to justify it if questioned.
You can use either of the code.

I applied for Tier 2 extn and my current leave was granted in Sept 2009. I got a rejection saying that you earn £14.2 per hour but in SOC 2124 min pay is £17.46. Do the old rules not apply to me?
