but I want to know.
does it has to cover two years what if its one year in joint name of any of the above documents and two years on her name alone..
I don't have anything with two years with joint name thats my problem..

applied on 15th october and payment gone on 24th oct , letter received on 29th of oct ..still awating for biometric letter...

16/10/2012 UKBA signed for it as it was special delivery
and today its 19/10/2012 its been three days now but my credit cards are still not been debited.

I just read from UKBA website that they would ask me to send the correct form . Is that correct.

I am not really sure what you can do but the only thing that I could think of is find a sponsor in UK if not apply for Tier 1 extention if UKBA allows you. you might need to get advice from UK embassy..
