Got reply from INIS today after 6 weeks exactly.
My wife got acknowledgement letter and now she can extend visa while they are processing application- 6 months.
So far no requests for additional documents.
If there is, would it be now or at some later date ?

That`s about it, I explained that I did not have 3-4 year old bills ( who on earth keeps these - its totally ridiculous ?!!! ), but my bank account statements and statements from Revenue ( joint tax statement)were good enough I thought to show my activity in the state. There ...

I believe my case is straight forward, lived and worked here for almost 8 years no gaps in employment, married for 8 years. This is what I sent : • Application Form • 2 Passports • Photos for me and wife • Marriage Certificate • Lease • Letter from Landlord • Letter from previous landlord • Landlord` ...

agniukas,

agreed, but going back to my original question I think the return of passports and letter that person have applied should be simple.

zafarzafar80,

There is no new law so speculating about it is not helpful.

Yes, 6 months is processing times but they should have returned our passports. My understanding is and states on application form that they will send documents back. Website mention 1 month. So after 38 days no sign of documents/passports. If I had our passports I`d go to Burgh Quay and ask for ...

Thanks for that, The evidence I have prove without doubt that I have been in employment continuously for 7 or so years which in itself is enough! I did go on PRTB website and downloaded current registration list for my area. My place of residence is registered but I am not sure if in my name.!? I ...

After reviewing website I come to conclusion that is best to apply for Permanent residence card for my wife. Documents that I have: P60 for 7 years except one for 2010, lost in post. P21 from revenue for last 5 years, it would cover 2010 Bank statements for last 5 years, electronic, could print let ...

Documents for EU4FAM

My wife`s five years stamp 4 expires in next few months. She could apply for a Irish passport next year. In a mean time I have to apply using EU1 form, so she is legally here before she can apply for citizenship. I have looked at EU3 form but the documents needed are just ridiculous. Don`t want to ...
