Received a notice to leave, when I have already left

As I indicate in the subject, I have received a letter saying I have to leave the UK, however I left 2 months ago!

Can anyone tell me what on earth might be going on? And for that matter what I can do, who I can contact to sort this out?

Confused, totally.
