Thank you all for the wishes.

Yes all my absences were paid, some on annual leave, some on sick leave.
I have also got the letters from Employers to confirm that, but the case worker has not asked for those, so I have not submitted any of these evidences with file.

I hv used the new Set(O) form.

I would like to thank everyone in this forum. I have got the ILR in Solihull and I did not file any documents for absences as I have less than 180 days in any year.

Dear Members,

Can anybody please share if he/she or his /her friend is on Tier 1 general visa and have got the ILR even if he or she is having more than 180 days absence in total 5 years time according to the new rules applicable after the 11th Dec 12.

So according to the new rules , DO I still need to provide an evidence ( in the form of employer letter etc) of my sick leave in India, although it is a paid sick leave and I have salary slips and bank statements against those days.

Please advise.
