Good Evening,My Partner got refused a B1 visa in Ghana in 1998 before she travelled to the UK.She has got her citizenship and wantvyo apply for ESTA.Since it says to report a recent refusal.Does she has to report
a 26 years old refusal in Ghana?

My cousin got her ILR on the 26th of March 2024.She got it through 10 year lawful residence.When is she able to apply for naturalisation.I read you need 5years lawful residence in the UK

Yeah,I have a brother who went through the same situation.He was caught at work using someone's identity and was freed on bail.He later got granted Leave to remain through flr fp.
Having said that all applications are considered on their individual basis.No two applications can be the same.

You can create a spreadsheet and divide it into two Oneside as you income ie all the sources of your incomes:benefits if applicable.(whether weekly or monthly)The otherside will be your outgoings ie your expenditure.(this can include food,clothing,electricity &gas,leisure,travel costs,phone bills ...

This is my last renewal on a ten year parent route. If you check on the government website you would realise there is no timetable scale for flr fp applications and it is taking the homeoffice 12months to complete an application. Your wife can be put on your next renewal if you both live with the British child.If you can prove that she hasf a parental responsibility for your British child.It is easier if you live together with your British child.I got my my leave to remain through my parental responsibility for my partners ...

From what I know, I may be wrong.If you are still in a relationship with the child other parent who is British then you will have to go for a ten year route on marriage instead of parent route.
