quick question

I have a got a question in mind can people from entrepreneur switch their visa to tier 4 student within in u.k or do they have to go back to their country and apply as a new applicant and if thats the case is it going to break their 10 year residency as well ...

hi i am bit confused about the total number of hours. So if we employee some1 and he works 60 hours a week for a year lets say(which is like hiring 2 people as minimum requirement is 30 hours) it still will be 1 job created ?. Hi i got my visa in december and started running a post office and was appointed by royal mail as a sub postmaster /post office manager which is a level 6 job , But i never knew ukba has a new soc code list and i cant find that job tittle anymore ... what is that? am i ok is it still above NQF level ...

well all am arguing is they haven't either mentioned that franchise business has to b according to certain soc code list. i have got visa and i am planning to open up afranchise bcoz its easier to create jobs and money can easily b invested as well . Thats what i have to show when i go for extension.

i have been granted a visa from psw cat d 50 k. yes i am planning to open up a food franchise now preferably subway. i have consulted 3,4 different solicitors and they have told me it wont affect my extension because the royalty fees in case of subway is 12.5% of watever u earn . Lets not b confused ...

Just because it states you can run a franchise doesn't mean the other requirements don't need to be met. If switching from psw with £50000 the job level needs to be nqf 4 or above. Opening a franchise makes no difference to that requirement.s Businesses that are set up as franchises can be accepted ...

hi

i guess when u buy a franchise you get documentation for that but to my knowledge the franchise has to be accredited by BFA( British franchise association). and you can send documents with ur application as a proof. it is clearly mentioned that u can run a franchise business and it doesnt state that ...

It says 12th feb 2013 on approval letter so obviously case is decided after 30th Jan ... however he is still waiting for his BRP card which hopefully will arrive in 2,3 days

well exactly u never know.. what i think is they r going to do is ask people for updated statements... bcoz it is not i guess possible for them to interview every person...thats what i think ... i dont know wheter to worry about it or not as i have experience in past its all about convincing the ...

i am not worried about it as well as i do have the money and i am gonna keep it in my account untill i get my visa. the thing that is worrying me is if i make an investment and after 3 years UKBA says that they r ending this category what will i do then...means they can do anything they want...

well dont u think that ppl who have been waiting for the decision for 5 months can easily defend if they get refuse... it is very simple by saying when i made an application these rules were not there..what they are asking is correct ur mistakes which u have done in past which is i guess not ...

well this is a good news and bad news as well as genuine people who r interested in making an investment will only apply for visas now..however ppl who wana stay here and get refused can i guess easily win the case if they appeal bcoz they can easily defend by saying when they applied no such rules ...
