Hi again I sent off for my SAR but it was rejected :? ....I explained on the form that I needed it for to replace my ILR as my passport containing the visa was stolen ... and that I did no have my approval letter. I sent a copy of my new passport, a copy I had of my ILR visa , provisional driving ...

Thank you again and that sounds promising ...as it would save me £220 that could go towards the citizenship.
