Re: How to bring my daughter to UK

I understand that appendix 1 needs to be completed. The question is do I need to complete part 1? :)
As it states that child of settled parents with limited leave does not need to complete.

Re: How to bring my daughter to UK

Yes I think the application might be refused. Just spoke to home office senior advisor. She said I could apply for citizenship using MN1 from abroad but she was just reading the Guide to MN1 and didn't sound really confident :( Would be interesting to see if anyone tried that before? In the mean ...

SET(O) form question

Hi guys,

There is a question in SET(o) form about when I have my finger prints done in the past. Should I mention most recent T1 extension or entry clearance as well?

I had an appointment for SET(o) on 20th March. Received a call today and managed to rebook my appointment with them. That is quite strange to be honest.

The problem is my employer doesn't keep records of my holidays and cannot verify that I was on holidays for specific periods of time. But he can provide letter confirming that I didn't take unpaid days off

I'm a bit confused by the rules cos they say I can apply 28 days before 5th anniversary if my visa expires before 5th anniversary. But my visa will be still valid till Sep 2013.

Pls. edvise on earliest date to apply for ILR

Hi,

I came to UK on 16th Apr 2008 as WP (EC date 10th Apr 2008)
Switched to T1G in May 2009 and then extended T1G until Sep 2013.

Can you please advise what is the earliest date I can apply for ILR.
