Many thanks Casa. The application is straight forward apart from the visa expiry issue, however it is within the 28 days. So just to confirm, if all of the documents and everything required is ok but they feel they cannot process it at the PEO, they will send it to the postal team? Therefore not ...

Many thanks for your reply. I was also wondering just as a 'what if' if they were to refuse the application would there be a grace period for them to re-apply or would they have to leave immediately and then be classed as an overstayer?
