could anyone clarify this for me?
If you are on the 10 yr family route through your child can you possibly switch to marriage visa if you have a partner who is a UK citizen?

Thanks Amber this is brilliant however the I think the law regarding the exceptions rule is great and HO only confirms it. What that means is that someone may wrongly classify someone as NRTPF even tho the person is genuinely in need of such funds.
