I need to apply eea fm for my wife and son , they are in yemen aden , but the problem is yemen is on war right now, and there is no way they can travel to egypt or uae . but there is a way they can go to saudia arabia , the question is , can i apply it in saudia arabia ? and make for them ...

the best way to get is to go to these country Amman, Cairo or Dubai/Abu Dhabi. that is the only way , so can i download the form just fill it and send it to here ? also what is the document requirement
