I recommend asking for the EEA passport, only in extreme case ask for the non eea passport. They've only issued mine because I've asked for my husband's passport for a travel. Received my RC!! They've issued it after the third attemp of asking my husband's passsport. They only sent the passport when we attached the request of passport form. They ignored the other two.
