I think one doubt led to another from reading the refusal points. The money should come from your account abroad into your business and it should be readily identifiable. Because it was sent by brother/brother in law that started the chain.

I think u r complicating it for yourself. The director loan agreement can be made/agreed/drafted any time so you can either make a new agreement with the correct amounts and dates or take accountants suggestion as they know the best way out most of the times.
