Re: How much money are you planning to spend on your visit to the UK?

ECM overturned the decision after I complained about several errors on the refusal letter. I'm not sure which channel of complaint led to the decision being overturned.

How much money are you planning to spend on your visit to the UK?

A relative has just had their visitor visa refused, usual standard fare. I had offered to sponsor the trip entirely. You have sought a visa to visit your relatives, and you have stated that they will pay the costs of your trip, however it is the intentions of the application which are paramount in ...

Hi, thanks for replying... Yes I read the FAQ, but being a single parent I was wondering if anyone knew what the impact might be, for example from the FAQ... the HO would expect that the other parent to hold (or to be close to holding) a ILR/PR status. Also, out of interest why would you wait for 2 ...

My child is in the UK and I now wish to renew his passport at his country's embassy so we will be able to travel next year. Before I renew his passport at the embassy I would love if someone could confirm ...

I'm not overly familiar with the spouse visa requirements, but I would perhaps consider getting something like a letter from your landlord stating that they are happy to have an additional person living in the property that you have been renting with him since 2010. This might help you gather the ...
