You should be fine if you got visas before 9th July 2012 and have consistent cohabitant proofs. One of my friend would go this week for his PEO appointment at Croydon and I would update you his result, his case is exactly the similar ones what we have here. Both husband and wife came on individual ...

How to calculate year 5 absences. My date of entry into the UK is 12/10/2008. Should I calculate 17/09/2008 to 12/10/2008 as absences? No those days are not absent and is included in your 5 year stay, but in the SET o form you would write actually how many days you have lived in the country starting ...

Yes, whatever you are giving as part of your Tier 1 Points assessment. To be honest I wouldnt be bothered as CW would only see whether you got those points by getting those salaries in the account or not. Whether you are elligible for those points or not.. so whatever you are sending just needs to ...

Hi there,

I didnt face any issues when I use my credit card. I used 2 credit cards for my payment of the fees and didnt even fill the payment sheet. The lady at the counter said as long as the pin gets verified you should be fine. So I guess it should be okay.

For your son try applying before he turns 18 atleast postal application if not PEO.. and also you can only apply for settlement 28 days before satisfying the qualifying period as mentioned above.

I dont see this as a problem when your second kid is born in UK and you registering him or her as BC. I am dead sure about this as your immigration history would only count when you are applying under 10 years long history.. on that day if you are using SET O form all they would be interested in is either date of entry in Uk or Visa date by which you are eligible to apply for ILR... the more you ...

I just want some one senior to clarify this .. (1) If the child ever got a dependant visa and ...

Indefinite Leave to remain

Where does it say that some one has to remain in UK lawfully for 4 Yrs 11 months and 2 days.. Imagine if someone has come within 90 days of their visa grant date, they would never reach to that figure of 4 yrs 11 months and 2 days.. they would apply much much before that. Just hypothetical example ...

I guess unless she completes 2 years on your dependant visa, it is kind of dicey. Some people have got the ILR and some havent... kind of grey area look for Part 8 319E which is again more confusing and not helping much.
