Hi DKMCA,

I am in the same situation and going same day appointment as your, Croydon.

I would suggest use the latest available form, Use Tier2 for for PBS calulator summary...don't worry they knows these chanhes and we have booked before 6th April.

Hi rknshree, I have booked for next week as well at Croydon. I booked in March i.e. before changing rule on 6th April. I had confirmed with Home office at Croydon, she told me you don't have to pay the difference for the fee which is already booked before rules changed. I confirmed this two times ...

As long as you're meeting needed income/earnings threshold.....you dont have to worry, and not required to state what you have during that period.

Is it necessary to show agency letter for to confirm On-going Contract? Does it matter as long as you have fund into your account and paid enough into from client for your services?

HO wouldn't do in email as they said to me , its not in their policy. Only you can note the down the day, date, time & name of the person you spoke on the day as advised.

Hello All, Good news is that , anyone who is in the same boat as I mentioned above , can apply ILR without any doubt.
