Forgot to ask, so my child visa type is ILE.
Do we have to maintain funds for ILE application?

Thanks for the reply Simon, as of now both my wife and child are in India.

I am glad, my choice is correct, otherwise I have to fill entire application again :D

No my wife left to India couple of weeks back to sort out my child visa, so no issue with ILR status.

Number of days outside

I am planning to go for ILR in July 2013, I have been out side UK for 146days (all holidays in one go between 2008 to 2009) will it be an issue for my ILR application.
