this is what I've received from my MP "The latest advise I have received from UKBA is that the average length of time a new "within the rules" application will take is nine months,despite out of date informationon their website ,this is due to a large extent to a 25%REDUCTION OF STUFF IMPLEMENTED ...

HI guys i submitted eea2 on 31 july and recived 1 letter on 2 august confirming they recieved my applciation and stating that if there is any problem with fee my application will be invalid.dont know wats goin on, they did'nt talk about COA or right to work as i need coa asap..guys plz advise me ...

I have confirmed the technical problem HO is having they are unable to print and send the outcome of the decision. I was told this when I rang. I'm guessing there was no indication on when these would be resolved? Reckon it's just a dodgy printer then and not the RC issuing side that has a problem ...

I travel quite a lot (Backpacking) and the thought of lumping an A4 piece of paper around makes me shudder. I emailed them today and they told me to expect this within 2 weeks (as of today 6th Aug) so I imagine the issues are fixed/being fixed. Will keep you guys posted. Personally I find that ...

Hi Victor, this makes a lot of sense to me as was promised my card a couple of weeks ago. Do keep us posted on when they manage to resolve their printing issues. I have quite a lot riding on receiving my residence card before the 13th Aug so hoping for the best.
