I believe those (A8 ) who started a job before 1 May 2004 and had permission to be working in the UK were exempt from the WRS. That’s correct. I was here before 2004 working full time and that what I was told by officials. I wasn't aware of WRS places; you have no idea how helpful that advice was. ...
