Do I need to inform UKBA about address or can I just apply for ILR? 2. If I need to inform about address change do my dependents ...

I have written a detailed account of my case on this page which you can read http://www.immigrationboards.com ...

Hi Arezk,

I am not an expert in this but I have read on the forum itself and read on UKBA website that if you can go for another extension of Tier 1 when you fall short of the required 5 yr period for ILR.

Hope senior or experienced members confirm this.

Good luck.
