re:

your case doesn't involve any legal process nor a court order so don't worry on it. But in all cases it's better you mention in the application rather than hiding the fact and repenting later.

Recently they have started asking, if the funds are still existing in your account or a proof if spent in the UK. Better get ready to show the availability.

Nothing can be said on their processing times for bio metric card, maybe 1-6 months.

re: Judicial Review

Hopefully a positive result if the grounds are strong. What are the reasons for your refusal.

In few cases the UKBA will ask to withdraw and go for reconsideration.

Post subject: Entrepreneur refused please help?????

It's a common refusal, not to worry. they are minor mistakes which can be dealt.

Paper is quicker but the grounds should be very strong.

Oral is time taking process where you have a chance of being questioned by the HO representative.

Post subject: Re: Help me with solicitors.. Plz.. Urgent!!

Sam, You are an UK degree graduate. Go and see the solicitors yourself, ask them to show their previous work and grounds. Talk to them personally,Discuss your points and argue how they are going to win. Ask them if they have won on similar refusals and Judge them... It will make you more confident ...

Re: TEAM REFUSAL.. PLZ HELP ME, VERY TRICKY SITUATION..

Sam: You yourself say as per the evidential flexibility the caseworker can ask you and I feel the reason given to you is a minor omission which can be won easily in the appeal when you have a strong solicitor to argue this point. Please talk to your solicitor ask him to show if he has won any cases ...

Re: Oral or Written Appeal ?

The reasons set for your refusal is silly and unfair. Paper: Ask the solicitor to show his previous works/gounds which they have won, as many applicants have won on similar grounds and goahead. Oral : If you are prepared to answer honestly and confident if the HO representative cross examines you ...
