Sorry about the refusal and you will get your visa if you submit your aappointment report from companies house while applying again as you dont have the right to appeal now..

acknowledgement received on 22nd june
Due to some problem in address biometric letter sent back and so i called them and ask to send that again..biometric letter received on 19th july.
biometric given on 20th july...still waiting for result

Bio metric letter sent from homeoffice on 8th july itseems (enquired home office regarding this)
