Do you think UKBA will not have concerns if I make new application with Father-in-law and change the duration of stay?
Would It not bring more scrutiny from their side?

So you specified the BRP details in there.
Do you remember what did you specified as K8 - "Valid from" date?
There is no "Valid from" date as such on BRP, instead there is "issued on date", did you specify issued on date?
