I have read on some forums you receive an acknowledgement letter and not a Biometric Invitation Letter straightaway? Is this the same for Online aswell as Postal? Also Question 12, I meant if the post office is taking your photo and biometrics after I submit online then why do I need to take a passport photo and sign and name and date it and send it with the application? I hope this make sense or when you are filling the application online do we make JPG ...

You can put 5 years. Again, HO is fully aware of the rules and the 28 day concession. You can apply no sooner than within 28 days and at any time after that before the visa expires. Hi CR001, The problem is on the online form you can only put years there is no option to put 4 years and 11 months for example. So if we apply within 28 days e.g. 9/03/18 then technically 5 years have not been reached until 04/04/19 date of arrival minus 5 years. I hope I am making sense ...
