Hi All,
A topic for Minors is a bit quiet recently. Can anyone post their dates? Any success recently? Is it still taking 3-4 months in majority of applicants to get the approval? How long did you wait to get a certificate after sending money?

In 2012 ceremonies were on 30Aug, 13 Oct and 13 Dec.

This year we had 27 Aug, 21 Oct and most likely in 2nd or 3rd week in December.

Thanks change2 for your detailed response. For #1, there is no option in the form for "Housewife". The two options available for people not working are " Unemployed " and " Other ". Because someone never applied for a passport for their other country doesn't mean they can't get one now - any embassy will issue it within a reasonable time frame. Plus every single EU citizen I know in Ireland has a passport, and if someone spent enough ...

Parking would be a problem + you would be paying for petrol and couple of tolls. the best thing would be to get a train to Dublin Heuston and get a Luas (Train) to city centre. This would be cheap+convenient. All the best Thanks. There is a train which arrives at 2pm to Dublin. Would that be enough ...
