English Language for Naturalisation

Hello,

I have ILR and my husband is British Citizen. I have the following questions
1) Can I apply Naturalisation,before 1 year period?
2) I used statement of Comparabiltity for my Overseas education for my ILR application, Can I use the same for naturalisation?
Please HELP me.

Start date of FLR(M) IS 18 -08-2014 until 18-02-2017.

My Tier 1 (G) dependant valid from 08-11-2012 until 03-09-2014.

Yes you are right I should not have switched. Could you please let me know if there is any way as my husband is british ?
