Please, if someone could answer me I am EU citizen, but my husband is non - EU. I got job offer in Republic of Ireland and planning to move, but he needs a visa to enter to Ireland. Do we have to apply to the nearest embassy or it can be issued when entering Republic of Ireland? Do have to go first ...
