Even as the mother of a British child a spouse visa application won't succeed if you're not married and an Unmarried Partner visa application will fail if you can't prove a minimum of 2 years co-habitation in a relationship 'akin to marriage'. Where is your partner living? How did he obtain his ...

Acknowledgement letter received 20th sept
Biometric done 26th sept
I just received a letter acknowledging my biometric but biometric information was unsuccessful. So I need to re enrol again. Never heard of an unsuccessful biometric before
