Iam tier 4 visa, iam doing my second masters in UK , I already got master from UK my question is iam allowed to go for another masters can any one help me please, iam on student visa for 34 months

Iam on tier 4 visa,iam doing my second masters in UK I want to switch in to tier 2 is it compulsory to finish my current degree even though I already got a masters from UK can any one please reply me thanking you in advance
