Accountant not a chartered accountant as mentioned in ILR

Hello,

I am applying for ILR in Oct 2013.My account is not certified from the bodies mentioned in ILR guidance notes.Is it possible that my accounts prepared shall by stamped and signed by some Chartered accountant?I did this in last extenion and it was approved.
