Hi,

My employer didnot know that they had to inform ukba about my maternity leave. I am already 4 months in my maternity leave. They planning to inform now. Will there be any problem because of this. Please advise. I am really stressed.

Hi Sabi,
Hope you get your CoS soon. We applied for ours on 02 December. Visa expiring on first week of February.
I believe no specific keyword was used.
My sponsor stated it is very urgent and my visa is expiring soon.

Hi sabi,

Do ask your employer to send an urgent email to business help desk. We did that on thrusday last week and they have provided us with the CoS now. Ask your employer to say it is very urgent. They will definitely act on it

Hi Mul,
We got a reply from business help desk saying it might take upto 18 weeks and only way to speed up the process is to use the priority service.We planning to use that one. Will let you know of any update.
I only have 3 weeks left on my visa now. Very stressful time

Thank you for your reply. I have a question. You know when you go to request change to license details in the licence summary. Is it there that you ask for a COS?? How do you do the priority application.

No. Havenot heard anything. No updates yet. I am planning to wait till end of next week and if nothing heard till then then ask my employer to give them a call after that.
