I had to wait 4 months two years ago, but my friend visa took him two weeks to get through and he was a overstayer for 6 years.

You will get 3 year first and then another 3 years before you get indifinate leave, thats a total of six years unless you apply for a spouse visa back in your home country.

I was in your situation 3 months ago i overstayed my visitor visa for 7 years and still went home to Jamaica and got my visa after a 4 month application wait, just be honest and tell the truth, search my post badboyz.

Yes they have done this in the past, i tried to get it under the freedom of information act, but was told they cannot give it out because it will affect they way they run the IND.

You can ask your housing officer if it is ok for your husband to live with you and for a letter stating a description of the property and who lives there and that there will be no objection for your spouse living there., it must be on official paper ( council letter head ) if it is from the council.

Just reapply with the rest of the supporting documents, get a letter from your landlord stateing the description of the property and a letter from his employer, ask the ECM for a review.

No this is for person's applying for there dependants for ILR. There dependants cannot claim income support.
